As a birthday present, a personal request was made - "Can you make Batman Whoopie Pies?" Not only was I up for the task considering this is one of the biggest movies of the summer, but it gave me the opportunity to turn on my creative juices.
Using the Ovaltine, a chocolate powder frequently used to make chocolate milk, I was able put together a chocolate whoopie pie. As for the cream, it's made of Marshmallow fluff, confectioner's sugar, unsalted butter and vanilla extract. I turned it yellow using food coloring to represent the batman light to summon BATMAN!
